- 2 chikuwa sticks
- 2 bell peppers

- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1.5 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- Parsley to taste
ADIMLAR
Slice the bell peppers lengthwise into thin diagonal strips.
Cut the chikuwa into thin diagonal slices.
Heat mayonnaise in a frying pan over medium heat, add the bell peppers, and stir-fry briefly until coated with oil.
Add the chikuwa and mustard to the pan, stir-frying until well combined. Turn off the heat and mix in the grated parmesan cheese.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.
