Main Ingredients
- 🦐 100g cocktail shrimp
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini, sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp fermented shrimp paste
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp perilla oil
- 1/3 tbsp sesame oil
ADIMLAR
Clean the cocktail shrimp by removing the vein and rinse thoroughly.
Slice the zucchini into thin pieces and chop the green onion.
Heat a pan and add perilla oil. Add the sliced zucchini.
Once zucchini is tender, add the cleaned shrimp and season with fermented shrimp paste.
Add chopped green onion and drizzle sesame oil before serving.
