MALZEMELER
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 150g daikon with leaves
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g)
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 200ml milk
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 💧 200ml water
ADIMLAR
Cut the daikon into 1cm cubes, separating the leaves and cutting them into 1cm pieces. Dice the onion into 1cm cubes.
Slice the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Add daikon, onion, and bacon, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent. Sprinkle in the flour and cook until no raw flour remains.
Add the daikon leaves and the ☆ seasonings (consomme, salt, pepper, and water). Mix well, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes until the daikon is tender.
Gradually add milk, mixing well after each addition. Heat over medium heat, stirring continuously, until the soup thickens.
