- 50g mizuna, cut into 3cm pieces
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Cut the cucumber into thin diagonal slices, then julienne. Trim the roots of mizuna and cut into 3cm pieces.
