- 🐟 200g cod fillets
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 2 slices melting cheese
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
Oil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Batter
- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Breadcrumbs
- 🍞 1 cup breadcrumbs
ADIMLAR
Cut the melting cheese slices in half.
Make a slit in the cod fillets and insert the cheese slices. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the batter ingredients (flour, mayonnaise, garlic, and water) in a shallow dish.
Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in another shallow dish.
Dip the cod fillets into the batter, then coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the cod fillets for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
