- 380g soybean sprouts
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp perilla oil
- 5 tbsp water
ADIMLAR
Place the washed soybean sprouts into a wok.
Sprinkle chili powder, soy sauce, and sugar evenly over the sprouts.
Add green onion and minced garlic on top of the sprouts.
Add 5 tbsp of water to prevent burning, and drizzle perilla oil along the edges of the pan. Cover with a lid and cook on high heat for 3 minutes.
Remove the lid and stir-fry on medium heat for another 3 minutes.
Serve and enjoy your stir-fried soybean sprouts.
