MALZEMELER

- 200g garlic scape, chopped
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, diced

- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Drizzle of sesame oil
- Pinch of sesame seeds

- 🐟 1 can tuna, drained
ADIMLAR
Wash and chop the garlic scape into small pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic scape until it turns bright green. Add diced carrot and continue to stir-fry.
Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry evenly.
Add drained canned tuna to the pan and mix well.
Add soy sauce and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish.
