- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar

Cut the potatoes into thin strips (about 1 cm thick) and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water. Cut the garlic sprouts into 4 cm pieces.
Mix the soy sauce, sake, oyster sauce, and sugar in a container to prepare the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and stir-fry until they become translucent. Then add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry together. Pour in the prepared sauce and cook until the ingredients are well-coated. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
