- 🍖 400g pork jowl
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 head lettuce
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of black pepper
ADIMLAR
Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and adjust the saltiness of the doenjang as needed.
Add the pork jowl to the marinade and mix well to coat evenly.
