MALZEMELER
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 handful dalrae
- 1/2 red chili
- sufficient roasted seaweed
Seasoning
- 10 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp plum syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
ADIMLAR
Heat a frying pan, reduce to low heat, and grill seaweed on both sides until it turns greenish.
Cut the grilled seaweed into bite-sized pieces using scissors or a knife.
Wash dalrae thoroughly under running water and chop finely into 0.5 cm pieces.
Remove seeds from the red chili and chop finely.
In a large bowl, combine dalrae, red chili, soy sauce, sesame oil, plum syrup, chili powder, minced garlic, and sesame seeds.
Serve the dalrae sauce with grilled seaweed and enjoy with rice.
