Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Meat Mixture
- 400g ground meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🌰 50g roasted walnuts
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Filling
- 🥚 3 soft-boiled eggs
- 🥕 4 carrot sticks (5mm thick, 8cm long)
- 4 green beans
Teriyaki Sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ADIMLAR
Trim the ends of green beans and place them with carrot sticks on a microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle with water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1 minute. Pat dry.
Chop walnuts roughly. In a bowl, mix all meat mixture ingredients until sticky. Peel the boiled eggs. Prepare teriyaki sauce by mixing its ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and heating for 30-40 seconds uncovered.
Prepare aluminum foil molds by folding and stapling them into rectangular frames. Ensure the frames are sturdy and well-shaped.
Heat a frying pan on low heat and cook the meatloaf for 5 minutes. Press the surface with paper towels and flip carefully. Add 1/4 cup water around the edges, cover, and steam for 12 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before removing the frame.
Brush the meatloaf with teriyaki sauce, slice, and serve.
