MALZEMELER
Noodles
- 2 packs steamed Chinese noodles
Meat
- 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 100g chopped komatsuna
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 300ml water
ADIMLAR
Cut the komatsuna into 3cm pieces and julienne the carrot.
Season the beef with salt and pepper and massage it into the meat.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the ankake sauce.
Heat salad oil in a pan and fry the steamed noodles for 4–5 minutes on each side until crispy. Set aside on a plate.
In the same pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic, ginger, and beef until the beef changes color.
Add carrot and komatsuna, stir briefly, then pour in the ankake sauce. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Pour the vegetable and sauce mixture over the crispy noodles.
