MALZEMELER
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (200g) fried tofu
- 150g komatsuna, chopped
- 150g ground pork
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 150ml water
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
ADIMLAR
Cut komatsuna into bite-sized pieces, separating stems and leaves. Dice fried tofu into 1.5cm cubes.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the color changes. Add fried tofu and stir-fry for another 3 minutes until lightly browned.
Add komatsuna stems and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until softened. Add komatsuna leaves and seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, water, ginger). Bring to a boil.
Add the potato starch slurry and mix until the sauce thickens.
