Seaweed
- 5g dried seaweed mix
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Rehydrate the dried seaweed mix in plenty of water, then drain well.

In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients. Tear the lettuce into pieces and add it along with the rehydrated seaweed. Mix well.
