MALZEMELER
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (60g)
- 🧅 1/2 leek
Condiments
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
Other
- 💧 400ml water
- 1/2 sheet fried tofu (20g)
ADIMLAR
Cut the leek into diagonal slices about 1cm wide. Slice the king oyster mushroom into bite-sized pieces.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the leek and king oyster mushroom, and sauté until browned.
Add water, dashi powder, and fried tofu to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Dissolve miso into the soup and stir well before serving.
