MALZEMELER

- 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 100g mizuna, trimmed and chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 umeboshi, pitted and mashed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Trim the mizuna roots and chop into bite-sized pieces. Pit and mash the umeboshi.

Season the pork with sake, salt, and pepper, then massage in cornstarch.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until its color changes.

Add the sauce ingredients and stir-fry. Add mizuna and stir briefly.
