MALZEMELER

- 150g nagaimo, peeled and chopped
- 🥒 1 cucumber, chopped
Condiment
- 1 plum, pitted and mashed
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3g bonito flakes
ADIMLAR
Peel and chop the nagaimo into bite-sized pieces. Chop the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
Pit the plum and mash it into a paste.
In a bowl, mix the mashed plum with soy sauce, sesame oil, and bonito flakes.
Add the nagaimo and cucumber to the bowl and toss to coat. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
