- 2 slices ginger

- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder

Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces and julienne the ginger.

Add all seasoning ingredients (☆) into a pot and heat until boiling. Then add the green onion and ginger, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
