MALZEMELER
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups washed rice
Meat
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 1 piece minced ginger
- 10g cilantro
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 360ml water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Chicken Marinade
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1 tsp garlic paste
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
ADIMLAR
Cut the tomato into wedges, slice the cucumber thinly, and mince the ginger.
Mix minced ginger with the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, chili paste) in a bowl.
Pierce the chicken thigh with a fork and rub it with salt, pepper, and garlic paste.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add washed rice and chicken stock powder, and stir until coated.
Flatten the rice in the pan, place the chicken on top, add water and sake, cover, and cook on high heat until boiling. Reduce to low heat and cook for 13 minutes, then let it steam for 7 minutes off heat.
Remove the chicken, slice it, and mix the rice. Plate the rice and chicken, garnish with tomato, cucumber, and cilantro, and drizzle with sauce.
