MALZEMELER
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants, sliced into 7mm rounds
- 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 4cm pieces
Noodles
- 50g glass noodles
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
ADIMLAR
Cut the eggplants into 7mm rounds, chives into 4cm pieces, and pork into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, cook glass noodles according to package instructions, drain, and cut into manageable lengths.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add eggplants to the pan and stir-fry until the oil is absorbed, then add glass noodles and seasoning ingredients (☆). Stir-fry to combine.
Add chives and stir-fry briefly.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
