Vegetables
- 🧅 1 fresh onion
- 5 shiso leaves

ADIMLAR
Cut the fresh onion in half and slice thinly. Cut the shiso leaves into thin strips. Drain the saba canned fish.
In a bowl, add the drained saba canned fish and roughly mash it with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, wasabi, and soy sauce, then mix well.
Arrange the sliced onion and saba mixture on a plate. Top with shredded shiso leaves.
