Canned Fish
- 🐟 1 can (150g) canned mackerel
Tofu
- 🧈 200g firm tofu
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 50g garlic chives
- 100g bean sprouts
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2g bonito flakes
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
ADIMLAR
Drain the canned mackerel and cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the tofu until golden brown.
Add the canned mackerel, garlic chives, and bean sprouts to the pan.
Pour the beaten egg over the mixture and cook until the egg sets.
Season with sake and salt, then sprinkle bonito flakes on top before serving.
