MALZEMELER
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🥦 125g broccoli florets
- 80g king oyster mushrooms
Other
- 30g fresh okara
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp shio koji
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ADIMLAR
Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Coat the salmon pieces lightly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the salmon until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add broccoli, king oyster mushrooms, and okara. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add sake, shio koji, and grated garlic to the pan. Stir well to combine.
Return the cooked salmon to the pan and gently toss with the vegetables and sauce.
Serve hot and enjoy your salmon and broccoli stir-fry.
