Seafood
- 🐟 1 piece (80g) of salted salmon
Vegetable
- 🌽 3 tablespoons of canned corn
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiment
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of nori tsukudani
Liquid
- 💧 Water, as needed
ADIMLAR
Pat the salted salmon dry with a paper towel.
In the rice cooker, add soaked rice, nori tsukudani, and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Add corn and place the salmon on top. Cook using the normal rice setting.
Once cooked, remove the skin and bones from the salmon. Flake the salmon and gently mix it into the rice. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
