Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🌱 4 asparagus spears
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of black pepper
Cooking Essentials
- Cornstarch as needed
- Salad oil as needed
Broth
- 💧 100cc water
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder

Peel the bottom half of the asparagus spears and cut them in half. Cut the salmon fillets into quarters, season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with cornstarch.
In a bowl, mix water, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar to prepare the marinade.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Fry the asparagus for about 1 minute, then transfer to the marinade bowl. Fry the salmon until golden brown and transfer to the marinade bowl as well.
Plate the marinated salmon and asparagus, and sprinkle with black pepper if desired.
