Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍄 1 pack of mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 🧄 1 clove of garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- Flour for coating
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Butter
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Garnish
- Chopped parsley to taste
Miso Butter Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp water
ADIMLAR
Thinly slice the onion and mushrooms. Mince the garlic.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper, pat dry, and coat lightly with flour.
Mix the ingredients for the miso butter sauce in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the salmon until golden brown.
Flip the salmon, cover with a lid, and cook for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from the pan.
Wipe the pan clean and sauté the onion, mushrooms, and garlic over low heat until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the miso butter sauce and butter to the pan and mix well.
Plate the salmon, pour the sauce over it, and garnish with parsley.
