- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
Seaweed
- 1 sheet seaweed, torn into 1cm squares
Oil
- As needed salad oil
ADIMLAR
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.
Add mayonnaise, sugar, and milk to the eggs and mix well.
Tear the seaweed into small pieces and mix it into the egg mixture.
Heat a non-stick pan with salad oil over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until set, folding gently to form a roll.
