- 🍝 100g spaghetti
- 30g dried shirasu
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp pasta cooking water
Garnish
- 5 shiso leaves, julienned
ADIMLAR
Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and julienne them. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain the spaghetti.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add garlic and chili, sauté until fragrant. Add dried shirasu and stir until coated with oil. Add spaghetti, reserved pasta water, salt, and pepper, then stir quickly to combine. Add shiso leaves and mix well.
