    • 400cc coconut milk
    • 200cc unsalted tomato juice
    • 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
    • 1 tsp consomme

Cut the tomato in half, remove seeds, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Chop the eggplant into bite-sized pieces.
