- 🌱 60g steamed soybeans
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 4g bonito flakes
- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ADIMLAR
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the steamed soybeans and stir-fry for about 1 minute until coated with butter.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the mixture thickens and the liquid is absorbed.
Turn off the heat and mix in the bonito flakes and sesame seeds, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
