- 🧅 3 stalks green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp rice wine

Sauce Ingredients
- 1 red chili, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
