- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms

- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp anchovy paste

Remove seeds and pulp from the kabocha squash, peel the skin, and slice thinly. Separate shimeji mushrooms by hand after cutting off the root ends.
