- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
ADIMLAR
Cut the pea shoots into bite-sized lengths.
Slice the chikuwa into bite-sized pieces and pit the ume plums, then finely chop them.
Heat mayonnaise in a frying pan until it starts to bubble, then add the chikuwa, pea shoots, and ume plums. Stir-fry until softened.
Add soy sauce and mix well. Serve immediately.
