MALZEMELER
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 400g ground beef and pork mix
- 🥚 4 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 minced onion
- 🍅 1 diced tomato
- 3 lettuce leaves
Dairy
- 🧀 50g shredded pizza cheese
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ADIMLAR
Mince the onion, dice the tomato into 1cm cubes, and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the ground meat, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add minced onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and stir well. Simmer for about 2 minutes.
Add diced tomato and lettuce to the pan and mix briefly. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the mixture.
Create 4 small wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each. Cover the pan and steam on low heat until the egg whites are set.
Serve warm rice in bowls and top with the cooked mixture.
