- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
- 100g yam
- 2 okra (24g)

- 20g shiso kombu
ADIMLAR
Cut off the ends of the cucumber and slice it into 2cm pieces. Peel the yam. Rub salt onto the okra and roll it on a cutting board (it helps remove the fuzz). Rinse the okra with water and pat dry. Trim the stem ends and slice thinly.
Place the cucumber and yam into a plastic bag and crush them finely using a rolling pin or similar tool. Add the sliced okra and shiso kombu, then knead and mix well.
