- 1 piece thick fried tofu (160g)
Meat
- 1 slice ham
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1 slice melting cheese
Herbs
- 1 piece shiso leaf
Starch
- Potato starch as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil

Cut a slit halfway through the thickness of the fried tofu.

Stuff the slit with folded ham, shiso leaf, and melting cheese.

Coat both sides of the stuffed tofu with potato starch.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the tofu over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, flipping occasionally.
