MALZEMELER
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion (120g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Soup Base
- 💧 400cc water
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
Additional Ingredients
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- To taste white sesame seeds
ADIMLAR
Cut the pork belly into 5cm wide pieces.
Slice the green onion diagonally and thinly. Slice the garlic and remove the core.
In a pot, add the soup base ingredients and bring to a boil. Add the pork and skim off any foam. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the green onion and garlic, cover, and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in milk and miso, and cook gently for 3 minutes without boiling.
Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle white sesame seeds before serving.
