Tteokbokki Ingredients
- 150g flat noodles
- 💧 1L water
- 2 handfuls rice cake
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 4 sheets fish cake
Tteokbokki Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Yeondu seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- Generous amount of black pepper
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
ADIMLAR
Soak 150g of flat noodles in lukewarm water.
Pour 1L of water into a frying pan.
Add the softened flat noodles to the pan.
Wash 2 handfuls of rice cake and add them to the pan.
Add 2 tbsp of maple syrup to the pan.
Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
Add 2 tbsp of Yeondu seasoning.
Add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.
Add 2 tbsp of ketchup.
Add 2 tbsp of chili powder.
Add 2 tbsp of gochujang and mix well.
While the tteokbokki is simmering, prepare 1 stalk of green onion, 1/2 onion, and 4 sheets of fish cake by slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
Add the green onion, onion, and fish cake to the pan.
Sprinkle a generous amount of black pepper for extra spiciness.
Add 2 tbsp of corn syrup and mix well.
Serve the spicy tteokbokki hot.
