MALZEMELER
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 cans tuna
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 2 packs seaweed sheets
- 2 cm pickled radish
Seasonings
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌾 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Pinch of pepper
ADIMLAR
Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a strainer.
Finely chop the pickled radish for added crunch. Optional if unavailable.
In a large bowl, mix the drained tuna, chopped radish, sugar, mayonnaise, and pepper.
Add cooked rice to the bowl, then mix in soy sauce and sesame seeds.
Place a spoonful of the mixture onto a seaweed sheet and roll tightly.
Serve as is or garnish with extra mayonnaise for presentation.
