Main Ingredients
- 🐟 60g smoked salmon
- 🍣 1 tbsp roe
- 🥕 2 turnips
- Dill as needed
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 3 tbsp water
ADIMLAR
Peel the turnips and slice them thinly using a slicer.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, salt, vinegar, water) in a bowl. Add the turnip slices and mix well. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Cut the smoked salmon to match the width of the turnip slices.
Lightly squeeze the marinated turnips. Layer 1/9 of the turnip slices, smoked salmon, and repeat twice to form a mille-feuille. Finish with a layer of turnip slices. Repeat to make 3 servings.
Plate the mille-feuille, top with roe, and garnish with dill.
