MALZEMELER
Protein
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
Main Ingredient
- 🧈 300g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms
- 🧅 82.5g green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 100cc water
ADIMLAR
Tear the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water) to a pot and heat over medium heat.
Once boiling, add the sliced pork and skim off any foam or impurities.
Add the firm tofu and maitake mushrooms to the pot.
Cut the green onion diagonally into 1cm slices directly into the pot using kitchen scissors.
Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes.
