MALZEMELER
Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 100g onion, sliced
- 🥬 40g shredded cabbage
- 🍅 100g tomato, quartered
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
ADIMLAR
Slice the onion into 1cm strips, shred the cabbage, and quarter the tomato.
Season the yellowtail fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them lightly with flour.
Heat salad oil in a pan, sauté the onion until softened, then push it to the side. Add the yellowtail and cook until browned on one side. Flip, cover, and steam for 1-2 minutes on low heat.
Uncover, mix everything, and add soy sauce, mirin, sake, and ginger. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Plate the cabbage, tomato, and ginger stir-fry, and serve.
