Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic, shiitake, king oyster, shimeji, and maitake mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and butter. Mix quickly to combine flavors.

Plate the stir-fried mushrooms and garnish with chopped parsley.
