- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna in water

- 🥬 4cm (170g) daikon radish
Processed Foods
- 1 piece (20g) aburaage
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder

Cut the daikon radish into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 5mm thick pieces (quarter slices).
Pat the aburaage with a paper towel to remove excess oil, cut it in half, then slice diagonally into quarters.
Layer aburaage, canned tuna, and daikon radish in a microwave-safe container. Add the seasonings (soy sauce and chicken stock powder), cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly to ensure even seasoning, cover loosely again, and microwave at 600W for another 2 minutes.
