Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block acorn jelly
- 1 handful chives
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 🥒 1/4 cucumber
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🍗 100g chicken breast
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp chili powder

Blanch the acorn jelly in boiling water for 5 minutes, then slice into 4-5 cm wide pieces.
Blanch the chives in boiling water to soften them for tying the rolls.
Boil the chicken breast in water for 5-10 minutes, let it cool slightly, and shred it along the grain.
Julienne the carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, onion, and chives into thin strips.
Lay a blanched chive flat, place a piece of acorn jelly on top, and add the julienned vegetables and shredded chicken.
Roll the acorn jelly tightly and secure it with the chive by tying or wrapping it around.
Mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, chili powder) in a bowl and serve alongside the rolls.
