Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 2 chili peppers
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- A drizzle of olive oil
Seasoning
- 0.3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- A drizzle of perilla oil
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
- A pinch of pepper
BƯỚC
Remove excess moisture from the tofu and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Place tofu on parchment paper, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Air fry at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Transfer tofu to a serving dish.
In a saucepan, combine seasoning ingredients except perilla oil, sesame seeds, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Turn off the heat, mix in perilla oil, sesame seeds, and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the tofu and serve.
