- 🦑 1 squid (200g)
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
- 🍋 2 lemon slices
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 piece grated ginger
BƯỚC
Grate the ginger.
Prepare the squid by cutting it open, removing cartilage, guts, and washing thoroughly. Cut the tentacles and body into bite-sized pieces.
Separate the fins and tentacles, and cut them into manageable pieces.
Marinate the squid pieces with sake, soy sauce, and ginger in a bowl for 5 minutes. Coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, and fry the squid pieces until golden brown.
Serve the fried squid with lemon slices on the side.
