- 3 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter

Clean and prepare the clams by purging them if necessary.
Cut the green beans into bite-sized pieces and slice the yellow bell pepper.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the clams, green beans, and yellow bell pepper.
Add sake, soy sauce, and butter to the pan. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes until clams open and vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle black pepper on top before serving.
