Vegetables
- 🥛 70g silken tofu
- 🌱 60g asparagus, 3 stalks
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp Japanese granulated dashi
- 2 tbsp miso paste
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
BƯỚC
Trim the tough ends of the asparagus and peel the lower half with a peeler. Slice diagonally into 3cm pieces.
Cut the tofu into 1cm cubes.
In a pot, heat water and granulated dashi over medium heat until boiling. Add asparagus and tofu, then simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until asparagus softens.
Turn off the heat, dissolve miso paste into the soup, and add wakame. Heat over medium until just before boiling.
