Peel the asparagus from 2cm below the tip to the root using a peeler, then cut in half. Boil water, add a pinch of salt, and cook the asparagus starting from the root for about 10 seconds, then fully submerge and boil for 3 minutes. Drain the water.
Mix the mentaiko and milk together.
Place the asparagus in a heatproof dish. Pour the mentaiko sauce over the asparagus, sprinkle pizza cheese on top, and bake in a toaster oven until golden brown. Garnish with dried parsley.
